使用本 app
你使用又飛機，即表示你同意本條款同我哋嘅私隱政策。你可以唔加電郵直接玩；可選擇嘅電郵登入只用嚟恢復同一個玩家帳號，唔會合併兩個玩家帳號。本 app 只供 13 歲或以上人士使用；未達所在地成年年齡嘅用戶，應先得到家長或監護人同意。
活動同用戶內容
你保留自己輸入或上載內容嘅權利。為咗提供活動、投票、舉報、備份同技術支援，你授權我哋喺所需範圍內儲存、處理及向同場成員展示內容。你只可以上載自己有權使用、亦得到相中人士合理同意嘅內容。
唔可以做嘅事
- 騷擾、威脅、仇恨、欺凌、色情、暴力、違法或鼓勵危險行為嘅內容，尤其任何涉及未成年人嘅性內容；
- 未經同意公開他人私人、敏感或可識別資料；
- 冒認他人、洗版、詐騙、惡意操控服務，或者侵犯版權及其他權利；
- 嘗試繞過封鎖、保安、用量限制，或者干擾 app、server、其他用戶。
舉報、封鎖同處理
你可以喺 app 舉報內容或用戶，亦可以封鎖另一位用戶；封鎖後 app 會隱藏對方嘅催促同自證內容，但仍保留玩法正常運作所需嘅狀態。你亦可以電郵 coffeebb71@gmail.com。我哋可以調查舉報、限制內容存取、移除內容、限制或終止濫用服務嘅帳號，亦可以喺法律要求或保障用戶安全時保留／披露必要資料。呢個服務唔係緊急求助渠道；有即時危險請聯絡當地緊急服務。
「搞手 Pass」月費或年費訂閱
「搞手 Pass」提供每月或每年自動續訂方案。確認購買後，費用會由你嘅 App Store 或 Google Play 帳戶收取；實際價格、稅項、貨幣同收費週期以商店購買畫面為準。除非你喺下一個續訂日前於商店帳戶設定取消，否則訂閱會按你揀選嘅週期自動續期。你可以隨時喺商店管理或取消訂閱；取消後通常可用到已付款週期完結。退款由相應商店按其政策處理。
每位玩家每個香港曆月都可以免費開 1 場。目前搞手 Pass 福利：開場唔受免費 1 場額度限制；Pass 搞手開嘅每場活動，每位參加者有 Call爆 ×1；每個香港曆月有 Fake GPS 臨時使用次數 ×2，同埋一件反彈冇回頭道具（兩格耐久）。每月同每年方案享有相同每月福利；臨時 Fake GPS 次數月底失效，唔會累積。Call爆每日每場上限對所有玩家一樣。福利可能日後調整；如有重大改動，我哋會按適用規則通知。
服務變更同責任
朋友投票、GPS 同自證只係社交遊戲訊號，唔係身份、安全、出勤或法律證明。服務按現狀提供；我哋會合理維護，但唔保證永不中斷或完全無錯。法律容許範圍內，我哋唔會為朋友之間嘅判斷、懲罰約定或間接損失負責。
位置分享預設係一次性。只有你自己另外開啟，自動更新先會喺 app 位於前景、而且你開住該場畫面嗰陣，按你揀嘅頻率運作；你可以隨時停止。詳情見私隱政策。

Using the app
By using 又飛機, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. You can play without adding an email; optional email sign-in only restores the same player account and does not merge two player accounts. The app is for people aged 13 or older. If you are below the age of majority where you live, get permission from a parent or guardian first.
Friend events and user content
You keep your rights in content you enter or upload. You give us a limited licence to store, process, and show it to the relevant event members as needed to operate friend events, voting, reports, backups, and support. Upload only content you have the right to use and for which you have the reasonable consent of identifiable people shown.
Not allowed
- Harassment, threats, hate, bullying, sexual, violent, illegal, or dangerous content, especially any sexual content involving minors;
- Sharing another person's private, sensitive, or identifying information without consent;
- Impersonation, spam, fraud, malicious manipulation, or infringement of copyright or other rights;
- Bypassing blocks, security, or usage limits, or interfering with the app, server, or other users.
Reports, blocks, and enforcement
You can report content or users in the app and block another user. After blocking, the app hides that user's nudges and proof content while retaining gameplay state needed inside the event. You can also email coffeebb71@gmail.com. We may investigate reports, restrict access to or remove content, limit or terminate abusive accounts, and preserve or disclose necessary information when legally required or needed to protect users. This is not an emergency service; contact local emergency services if anyone is in immediate danger.
搞手 Pass monthly or annual subscription
搞手 Pass is available as an auto-renewing monthly or annual subscription. After confirmation, your App Store or Google Play account is charged; the price, tax, currency, and billing period shown by the store at purchase control. Unless you cancel in your store account settings before the next renewal, the subscription renews on the period you selected. You can manage or cancel it in the store at any time; cancellation normally takes effect at the end of the paid period. Refunds are handled by the relevant store under its policy.
Everyone can host one event for free in each Hong Kong calendar month. Current 搞手 Pass benefits are: unlimited event hosting beyond that free allowance; one Call Blast per participant in each event hosted with the pass; two temporary Fake GPS activations per Hong Kong calendar month; and one Rebound inventory item with two durability charges each month. Monthly and annual plans receive the same monthly benefits. Temporary Fake GPS activations expire at the end of the month and do not roll over. The per-event daily Call Blast cap is the same for every player. Benefits may change; material changes will be communicated as required.
Service changes and responsibility
Friend votes, GPS, and proof are social-game signals, not identity, safety, attendance, or legal verification. The service is provided as available. We take reasonable care but do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation. To the extent allowed by law, we are not responsible for friends' judgments, private forfeits, or indirect losses.
Location sharing is one-shot by default. Automatic updates run at the interval you select only when you separately enable them, while the app and that event screen remain in the foreground, and you can stop them at any time. See the Privacy Policy for details.
